    I've been in the real estate business in the greater Seattle Area for over 25 years with previous extensive experience in international sales and service with a major industrial equipment firm.  I live in the Eastside and work at my offices in the Madrona Neighborhood nearby to Downtown.

    After 20 years in service and sales, I joined a well known Real Estate firm in the Madison Park Corridor in 1987.  In 2008, I decided to open my own Real Estate Services Company: Seattle Consultant LLC. Within SCLLC, I set up a Property Management Division to provide continuity to my longtime client base of owners and tenants.

    During my career in real estate I have been involved in numerous sales and purchases of residential, commercial properties, business opportunities, leasing and property management. My philosophy has been to be able to provide a "full service" to my clientele.

    Knowledge of the business is critical to give one's clients the edge. I subscribe to this philosophy by earning the prestigious Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI) designation. Only 5% of active real estate agents hold this designation, which is earned through comprehensive instruction of all aspects of real estate, including finance, legal issues, contracts, marketing real estate, commercial and investment real estate analysis.

    Over the years I have accumulated a great team of related industry people that I enjoy working with and respond to my clients. I only recommend the best lenders with only the most competitive rates and a high level of service. My team of professionals includes a minimum of two lenders, two title representatives, two escrow officers, two inspectors and a transaction coordinator. All of these people work on your behalf to a smooth transaction with the least hassles, and insure that every detail is handled.

    Jaime Hernandez Jr. is a real estate broker known in the industry for reliability and capability to deliver results. Both creative and motivated, he takes action for his clients benefit and uses his strong negotiation skills to get them what they want. He is enthusiastic and committed when it comes to his business, and he arrives at the office each day with a passionate, motivated mindset.     Prior to entering into his real estate career, Jaime Jr. sold medical capital equipment successfully for more than ten years. It was in this business that he learned to interact with clients in an effective manner acquiring the sharp acumen that is serving him so well in the business of real estate. He transitioned to a career in real estate because he had always enjoyed helping people. Looking for a way to directly impact their happiness and their futures, he saw real estate as a way to create a massive amount of positive energy for the people around him. Under the mentoring and affiliation with his Father's company, Jaime Jr. is improving and developing necessary skills to let the client come first in achieving their goals using state of the art techniques in an effective manner.

    Jaime Jr. started his real estate career with Windermere Real Estate, training in their office, before taking a position at HomeSmart Realty Services. This year he joined Seattle Consultant, LLC, a company started by his father, Jaime Sr., and in operation for the last 10 years.

    Jaime Jr. has been a resident of Seattle since 1986. He enjoys golfing and traveling, and he's constantly on the lookout for new ways that can improve his manner of doing business and contributing to the community. He is concentrating on finding development properties for several builders, and developing his property management skills which goes well with finding suitable properties for clients, as well as divestiture for clients.
